Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

POLAND-BUSINESS L.T.D operates Orbit on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. This policy explains how cancellation works for credit purchases, active workspaces, and account closure.

2. Credit Purchases

Since Orbit uses a credit system with no subscriptions:

  • There is no recurring billing to cancel
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (see our Refund Policy)
  • Credits remain valid as long as your account is active

3. Active Workspaces

You may stop an active workspace at any time:

  • Credits are consumed only while a workspace is running
  • Stopping a workspace immediately halts credit consumption
  • Your files and settings are preserved after stopping
  • Partially consumed credits for the current hour are not refundable

4. Task Cancellation

For tasks assigned to Data Experts:

  • Tasks may be cancelled before a Data Expert begins work at no charge
  • Once a Data Expert has started, credits for completed work are non-refundable
  • Disputes can be raised through our support team

5. Account Closure

To close your Orbit account:

  • Contact our support team at support@orbit.equipment
  • Ensure all active workspaces are stopped
  • Request a refund for any eligible unused credits before closure
  • Account data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
