How do credits work?
Credits are consumed based on the time your workspace is active. 1 credit = 1 hour of compute time on M5 Ultra.
Can I cancel anytime?
There are no subscriptions to cancel. You simply buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.
What if I run out of credits?
Your workspace will pause gracefully. You can top up credits instantly and resume where you left off.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
