Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by POLAND-BUSINESS SP. Z O.O. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Orbit provides on-demand cloud computing services, including access to remote macOS workstations powered by M5 Ultra chips, as well as human executor services for task delegation. Services are provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time transactions. Credits purchased do not expire. Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments only, processed securely through our payment infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Cryptocurrency mining (strictly prohibited, results in immediate termination)
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Upon session termination, all user data is securely wiped from our systems within 24 hours.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLAND-BUSINESS SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Eligibility and Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Our services are currently available to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and the United States. Access from other regions may be restricted or unavailable.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Services may not be available in jurisdictions where they would be prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our services in any region or for any user at our sole discretion, including for compliance with legal requirements, sanctions, or export control regulations.

11. Governing Law and Disclaimers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
