Refund Policy

At POLAND-BUSINESS L.T.D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on credit purchases made through our Orbit platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You have not used the credits you wish to refund
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been used (consumed on workstation sessions)
  • Partially used credit packs (only unused portion may be refunded)
  • Purchases older than 14 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. 2Provide your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. 3State the reason for your refund request

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days and processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to your original Visa or Mastercard. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.

6. Partial Refunds

If you have partially used a credit pack, we will refund only the unused portion, calculated at the per-credit rate of your original purchase. For example, if you purchased 100 credits and used 30, you may receive a refund for 70 credits.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern to legal@orbit.equipment. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.
